How we handle your information
What we collect
When you submit a manufacturing assessment we collect the information you provide: your name, company, country, email address, optional WhatsApp number, and the project details you choose to share, including any files you upload.
Why we collect it
Solely to assess your enquiry and respond to it. We use the project details to prepare a material and construction recommendation and to identify the specification items that still need answers.
End user and compliance information
Where an enquiry involves a government, law enforcement or defence end user, we ask for the end user, end use, destination country and product specification. This information is used only to assess export eligibility and compliance for that enquiry.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not use your submitted artwork, tech pack or reference samples for any other customer. If you would like a confidentiality agreement in place before sharing drawings or specifications, ask, and we will put one in place first.
Retention
Enquiry records and submitted files are retained while the enquiry is active and for the period required to support subsequent production orders. If you want your files removed, request it and we will confirm the deletion.
Cookies and analytics
This site is a static website. It does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added, they will be disclosed here before they are enabled.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Where the law in your jurisdiction provides additional rights, those apply.
